CalSpec Home Inspectors, LLC was founded by Randy Hallford. Mr. Hallford was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and has over seven years of Home Inspection, Insurance Adjusting and Construction experience with both commercial and residential buildings. He has inspected 3,000 homes, and his background in Insurance Adjusting and Construction involved recognizing and dealing with defects in structures and systems. Therefore, Mr. Hallford brings to you the personal experience and knowledge to thoroughly evaluate your home. His professional training for home inspections comes from attendance at Bob Brooks School of Real Estate, and relevant construction training. After obtaining his National and State certification, he was licensed, insured, and Certified through American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
